- Provide guidance to marketing department members by evaluating and developing marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness in the target markets and drive product penetration in each market.
- Develop and execute marketing action plans for each product.
- Lead marketing communications, event marketing and social media marketing.
- Lead, analyze and improve digital marketing and performance marketing activities.
- Lead, analyze and improve SEO and content marketing efforts for each of our brands.
- Effectively manage marketing spend and continuously improve RoI.
- Build a high performing, highly motivated and winner marketing team.
- Communicate marketing plans with the entire organization.
Key Skills & Qualifications- Native-like written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Strong structured thinking, strategy development and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Capability to work with different teams simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.
- Well-organized, methodical and detail-oriented professional who is capable of identifying problems, taking initiative to propose solutions, and successfully executing plans.
