Doktar is positioned as a one-stop shop for digital agriculture solutions, developing and delivering a set of services based on emerging technologies, such as remote sensing, the Internet of Things, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Senior Sales Executive to drive sales expansion across international markets. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in agriculture, eager to grow Doktar’s presence in global markets.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and market penetration in European agriculture.
· Identify, engage, and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
· Provide market intelligence by analyzing agricultural trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations, tailored to diverse agricultural audiences.
· Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring seamless contract execution and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, marketing) to align offerings with market demands.
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generating insights and reports for senior management.
· Offer post-sales support, fostering strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
· Represent Doktar at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 10 years of international sales or business development experience, with at least 5 years in the agriculture sector.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in global markets.
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
· Deep understanding of agricultural systems, products, and services.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
· Data-driven approach to sales strategy, with expertise in market analysis and forecasting.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Willingness to travel internationally within Europe / MENA and Türkiye as needed.
